When we talk about mental health we often refer to balance.  But what does that mean?  The answer is that it means different things to different people.  For some people their social connections are what define them, for others it is career or their faith.  Everyone's 'wellness' is unique, but to be healthy we need to find our own balance between these different aspects of our lives. So what is wellness? Wellness is not just to do with one aspect of yourself, wellness encompasses your mind, body, and soul.  It is the whole self in balance.  But most importantly, wellness is a choice.

For convenience's sake we have divided our resources into eight categories; Emotional Wellness, Financial Wellness, Spiritual Wellness, Social Wellness, Professional Wellness, Physical Wellness, Environmental Wellness, and Intellectual Wellness.
