  • be comfortable about our own spirituality and an acceptance of others beliefs. 

 

Spirituality is a very personal thing and it's definition varies from person to person, culture to culture.  Because of this the path to spiritual wellness is very different for each individual.  It may include meditation, prayer, yoga, travel, or community engagment.

HARRRP - Hamilton Association for Residential, Recreational Redevelopment Programs

  • Offers free programming to the community in spiritual practices like Aikido, Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness.

Mindfulness Program / Mindful Mondays Peer Support Program

  • Mental Wellness Toolkit offers a free 5-wk program in Mindfulness and a peer-support group when completed to residents of Hamilton.

  • A group will be run when there are enough people. Mindfulness group is a very popular group and run quite often.
